"The speakeasy here isn’t quite so secret. But if you’re dropping by the circus tent in front of Caesars Palace to catch a showing of Absinthe, there’s a fair chance you’ll miss it. Snake through a row of hedges to the side of the Absinthe tent to find the outdoor seating area that leads into a cozy wood-paneled bar.
