"A new 400-square-foot grab-and-go coffee bar on Flat Shoals Avenue in Reynoldstown serves coffee roasted by Decatur-based Radio Roasters and pairs drinks with baked goods and other sundries sourced from Root Baking Co., Georgia Grinders, Honey Next Door, Rockhouse Creamery, Condor Chocolates, and Blackberry Patch. Owner and founder Ivan Romero, who immigrated from Colombia as a child and has experience with UberEats and digital startups, is developing a smartphone app for the shop; customers can already preorder online or order at the counter for faster service. Regular drip and iced coffees are $2.50, lattes, cortados, and cappuccinos are $3.50, and toasts (for example ricotta with peach preserve or peanut butter with blackberry preserve on Root Baking Co. bread) are $6 each. The shop also offers a $10 weekly Apple Wallet membership that includes unlimited coffee and discounts on espresso drinks and bags of beans. It is open daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and masks are required inside." - Beth McKibben
