Locally sourced empanadas, breads, pastries & chocolates

"Admire the colorful geometrically painted ceiling quickly since there’s no seating inside this tiny, green, retro coffee counter. After you get your coffee (and color inspiration for your next Canva design), take a seat on a bench in their outdoor gravel area. But we mostly use this spot for quick grab-and-go whenever we’re in Reynoldstown. While we love their tasty lattes, what we like most about Con Leche is that they source products from other small, local businesses. Their coffee is made from Flow and Radio Roasters beans, they use milk from Rockhouse Creamery, and Casa Cardoza stocks the place with our favorite egg and cheese empanadas." - juli horsford

"The petite Con Leche coffee bar opened on Flat Shoals Avenue in Reynoldstown in 2020. The 400-square-foot, grab-and-go shop serves coffee using Decatur-based Radio Roasters Coffee beans and baked goods and other coffee sundries from Root Baking Co., Georgia Grinders, Honey Next Door, Rockhouse Creamery, Condor Chocolates, and Blackberry Patch, Inc. Grab everything from regular drip and iced coffee to cortados and chai lattes here." - Beth McKibben, Sarra Sedghi
"There’s no indoor seating at this tiny, green, retro coffee counter so we have to admire the colorful geometrically painted ceiling quickly. There are a few benches in an outdoor gravel area but with Atlanta’s infamous weather situation, we mostly just use this as a quick grab and go whenever we’re in Reynoldstown. The lattes (our go-to) are rich and tasty and we love that everything is locally sourced. Beans from Flow and Radio Roasters, milk from Rockhouse Creamery, and some of our favorite egg and cheese empanadas from Casa Cardoza means no matter what you order, it’s supporting an ATL biz." - Juli Horsford

"A new 400-square-foot grab-and-go coffee bar on Flat Shoals Avenue in Reynoldstown serves coffee roasted by Decatur-based Radio Roasters and pairs drinks with baked goods and other sundries sourced from Root Baking Co., Georgia Grinders, Honey Next Door, Rockhouse Creamery, Condor Chocolates, and Blackberry Patch. Owner and founder Ivan Romero, who immigrated from Colombia as a child and has experience with UberEats and digital startups, is developing a smartphone app for the shop; customers can already preorder online or order at the counter for faster service. Regular drip and iced coffees are $2.50, lattes, cortados, and cappuccinos are $3.50, and toasts (for example ricotta with peach preserve or peanut butter with blackberry preserve on Root Baking Co. bread) are $6 each.
