"True Food Kitchen is located on the retail floor of The Julia, a new mixed-use development in the Warehouse District. The health-conscious restaurant chain has 28 locations in 12 states offering a menu of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. While Mediterranean and Asian flavors anchor many items, the focus of the chain is on ingredients rather than a certain cuisine.
