"Minneapolis’s first co‑op brewery has poured its last pint: opened in 2014, it filed for bankruptcy in February 2024 due to debt incurred during the pandemic and told members “The Cooperative is no longer operating as a fully functional business.” While the taproom has closed, the brand will live on as Ranchers Beverage Co. takes over production and distribution, and the pizza pop-up Farina Rossa will continue operating in the space for the time being after reaching a deal with the landlord." - Jeffy Mai
