"Open since 2016, I love this popular ice cream shop's scratch-made, small-batch flavors—like black sesame with raspberry jam, cold brew coffee chip, and salted caramel crackle—made with local, seasonal ingredients and dairy from Mapleline Farm in Hadley. They run a long-running Taco Tuesday from noon until 10 p.m. (or sellout) featuring their own takes on Choco Tacos that rotate every few weeks and are sold first-come, first-served; next on Aug. 2 is a s’mores version (chocolate waffle cone, malted vanilla ice cream, torched marshmallow sauce, dark chocolate dip, and graham cracker crumb) priced at $8.25.
