"I found Chinese hand-pulled noodles here, pulled with fanfare in an open kitchen just outside the Galleria at Sunset; Lanzhou noodles with beef shank, hot and sour fish, Sichuan beef brisket, and vegetable noodles all come with your choice of original or flat hand-pulled noodles. You can also make it a sauce dish with Mongolian beef, curry chicken, or pepper beef, and the restaurant runs a Big Bowl Challenge where a customer who eats the entire (very big) bowl within 30 minutes gets it free. It’s open Sunday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and is available for delivery via Uber Eats and for takeout." - Susan Stapleton
