Operating 6:30–10:30 a.m. during the trial, the menu includes a Polish sausage with egg and cheese sandwich on French bread (and a vegetarian version), a bacon-egg-and-cheese croissantwich, doughnuts provided by Stan’s Donuts, fruit cups and hash brown bites, and coffee and other beverages from Metropolis Coffee.
