"West Hollywood restaurant La Boheme is no longer planning to become a more modern steakhouse. Instead, Tom Cardenas has decided to keep the name and instead lean further into the French perspective, offering white tablecloths and an updated (but still very classic) menu to suit the times. The restaurant’s slow transformation has taken the past several months, and now the last few touches have been completed.
