"Superfrico’s five-minute hand-pulled cheese performance results in one pound of mouthwatering mozzarella. Fresh curds are salted and melted before being stretched, folded, squeezed, and shaped tableside by a cheesemonger, who slices house-made sourdough bread while the cheese cools.
