"Throughout December, the North County resort will host a life-size gingerbread village featuring Christmas traditions from around the world, a holiday cocktail pop-up, and a Jingle and Mingle with Santa event. Avant will be open for four-course dinners on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, featuring Australian Wagyu prime rib, dry-aged duck, Alaskan halibut, and pecan cheesecake.
