"Bar Alcina is a completely alfresco Italian rooftop bar opening on September 24, located on the rooftop of Casa Bianca at 1510 East Cesar Chavez Street, Austin. It focuses on Italian-ish drinks and cicchetti, offering frozen cocktails, tapped cocktails, conservas, and larger dishes such as sandwiches and chilled pasta.
