What started as beloved neighborhood bread and pop‑up loaded grilled cheeses — including a childhood‑inspired sandwich with American cheese, sriracha butter, and mayonnaise — has evolved into a wine shop and bar that will pour local and globally sourced wines, sake, beer, and a full cocktail menu alongside bar bites built around crackly focaccia and loaded grilled cheese sandwiches; Sinclair previewed the menu on Maeve’s last day, serving a ramen‑flavored snack mix and four focaccia flavors topped with miso, apple, and sesame, and now plans a chile‑crisp focaccia.
