"Killer dogs were everywhere, but the hearty Swedish hot dog from Kantine at the VIP village held me over: a dog inspired by Swedish street food wrapped in multigrain flatbread and lathered with creamy mashed potatoes that helped hold together two beef franks plus crunchy shredded lettuce. Topped with ketchup, mustard, and a must-add silky, dilly-y pink bay shrimp salad (a bargain at $3 extra), it was harmoniously messy, super meaty, and an unconventional festival item showcasing Outside Lands’ diverse food selections." - Eater Staff
