"Café Calidá, a new mom-and-pop coffeeshop from the husband-and-wife team of Anton and Liset Adkins, opened last Saturday, February 5, in the former Homiey’s space, Block Club Chicago reports. The Adkins wanted a coffee shop in the neighborhood that wasn’t part of a chain; 'calidá' is Guatemalan slang for 'quality.'
