"Set in Soho at 343 West Broadway near Grand Street, Little Ways expands the Flower Shop team's ’70s vision into a grander, more elaborate New American restaurant — what chef Michael Hamilton calls the Flower Shop's 'big sister.' Meant to evoke a 1970s Soho artist's loft, it spreads over two floors with a 45-seat ground-floor dining room and a 40-seat verdant bar upstairs beneath a plant-enveloped skylight; a wood-paneled roof and maroon velvet couches contribute to a late mid-century, 'a little more sexy and classy' aesthetic. The menu builds on Flower Shop favorites with more elaborate preparations — a duck breast with pumpkin flavored by five spice and orange juice, a mackerel crudo dressed with oolong tea, limequat, and serrano peppers, and a bucatini with Belper Knolle cheese and black pepper — while familiar items like a burger and fries, deviled eggs, and chicken schnitzel remain. The wine list favors smaller producers rather than pages of selections, and cocktails include a Golden Hour (beet-infused mezcal and vermouth) and an Espresso Martini (vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur). Hamilton will split duties between Little Ways and the Flower Shop but will primarily focus on the new space; hours are Sunday–Wednesday 5 p.m.–12 a.m. and Thursday–Saturday 5 p.m.–2 a.m." - Tanay Warerkar
