"I'm writing about the newly refreshed, seafood-focused Pemrose, which opens tonight in the Gulch in the space formerly occupied by Fin & Pearl. Located at 211 12th Avenue South, the restaurant arrives shortly after Tom Morales’ TomKats Hospitality sold the property to new owners Red Pebbles (Adele’s, The 404 Kitchen, The 404 Hotel, Emmy Squared, and Bajo Sexto) and Fresh Hospitality. Under culinary director Matt Bolus, Pemrose’s seafood-heavy menu features starters, salads, sushi, and mains, and promises an omakase offering at the bar on Friday and Saturday nights. At lunchtime you can expect Maine- or Connecticut-style lobster rolls, fish tacos, and mussels with fries. After opening tonight, Pemrose will be open Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m." - Delia Jo Ramsey
