NYC New Restaurant Openings: November 2024 | Eater NY
"A permanent daytime outpost combining both Okonomi and Yuji Ramen menus from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., in the same storefront as Towa (which will remain nighttime). The Manhattan opening follows a pop-up with Hand Hospitality; the original Brooklyn location (opened 2014) will become just Okonomi with hours TBC and Yuji Ramen discontinuing nights in Brooklyn." - Emma Orlow
