"BLT Steak at Bally’s Las Vegas has holiday blackboard special dishes beginning Tuesday, December 24, through Monday, January 6. For appetizers options, diners can experience butternut squash soup or seared foie gras. Entrée options include dry-aged prime rib, seared sea scallops and rack of lamb. Sides include braised Brussels sprouts with honey crisp apple, loaded sweet potato with spiced pecans and applewood smoked bacon. For dessert, try the chocolate-chestnut tart or cranberry spiced bread pudding.
