Jazz Fest’s Most-Loved Food Staple Ends 35-Year Run | Eater New Orleans
"I note that Panorama Foods, a Marksville, Louisiana company, is known especially for its crawfish bread (as well as sausage bread and shrimp bread) and that this year it will not be served at Jazz Fest, ending the company’s 35-year run as a festival vendor; owner John Ed Laborde cited the “all-consuming effort” of participating, rising costs, and changes in the Jazz Fest contract, and while the breads won’t appear at the festival they remain available for online ordering and shipping." - Clair Lorell
