"The Soho burger counter from burger historian and filmmaker George Motz channels his Hamburger America research into a rotating lineup of regional American burgers. Opened in 2023 at 51 MacDougal Street at West Houston, the spot is rolling out a monthly special with Brennan & Carr, featuring that shop’s Gargiulo burger from chef Eddie Sullivan. Motz will also be cooking during the Village Halloween Parade this week, slinging burgers outside to parade-goers, and the collaboration lands just ahead of the restaurant’s two-year anniversary at the end of November, with more specials planned to mark the milestone." - Melissa McCart
