"I kinda think this is what a Krabby Patty would taste like. On the border of Soho and the West Village, Hamburger America churns out smash burgers that are so cartoonishly perfect and so smooth they melt in your mouth. They use 75/25 ground chuck, which is fatty, which means flavor, but the fat doesn't melt out of the seams because of the fineness of the meat's blend. There's a classic burger here, but the signature burger is even better.
