"Cousins Noe Sandy Portobanco and chef Rudy Cuadra opened Tres Leches Nicaragua Food in late September. The two Nicaraguans, who originally hail from Granada, are serving a robust menu chock-full of traditional dishes, including tostones with cheese, boho, nacatamal (Nicaraguan tamales), vigorous, and more. Dessert options include the namesake tres leches cake, along with rice pudding, atolillo, and Nicaraguan Christmas cake." - Cathy Chaplin
