"Since the luxe downtown destination debuted in September 2023, I noticed Holbrook House has kept the classic two-ingredient carajillo on the menu; general manager and beverage director Hernan Martinez — who is Mexican and a longtime fan of the drink — serves it as a simple 1:1 mix of Sightglass Coffee espresso and Licor 43.
