Busy LA Burger Pop-Ups Scores a Storefront in the Heart of Hollywood | Eater LA

"A popular Hollywood street pop-up run by Chris Karimian and Eddy Poghosyan is transitioning to a brick-and-mortar this summer, taking a small strip-mall space at 5539 Sunset Blvd. Currently operating from a stand in front of the closed Sycamore Tavern, the team is known for slider-style burgers and tots—especially not-quite-smashed, extra-cheesy burgers served on Martin’s Potato Rolls—that draw crowds Wednesday through Sunday and nearly 22,000 Instagram followers. The new compact location will offer limited indoor seating and expanded hours (lunch through late night), and the owners plan to largely keep the current menu at first while potentially adding milkshakes and longer service hours when they open." - Farley Elliott
