Neighbors’ Germantown Outpost Opens in Former Lulu Space This Wednesday | Eater Nashville

"Opening Wednesday, August 1 at 313 Jefferson Street in the former Lulu space near First Tennessee Park, this second location of the Sylvan Park–based bar brings a similar sports-bar feel to Germantown. The appetizer menu lists nachos, wings, fried mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, and fried pickles, while other food options include a pulled pork sandwich, an Angus burger, a quinoa bowl, and a Caprese salad; Neighbors smokes its own dry-rubbed pork, turkey, brisket, and chicken in-house. The Sylvan Park location has 20 beers on tap, live music multiple nights a week, a daily happy hour, and a dog-friendly patio, and the Germantown bar will be open Sunday–Thursday from 11 a.m. until 1 a.m., and on weekends from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.; it is owned by Victoria Piller, wife of former Tennessee Titan Zach Piller." - Delia Jo Ramsey
