"One of Denver’s best bakeries by far now has a dashing dinnertime alterego. Thursday through Saturday, owner Shawn Bergin and his team build a six-course tasting menu ($90) around pastas like brisket anolini with chive oil or lobster gnocchi with peas, which are preceded by appetizers such as buffalo burrata with bread and sundried tomato pesto; followed by an entree (sea bass in parsley mousseline with baby yellow chard, for example) as well as dessert, of course; and optionally paired with select wines by the glass.
