"Started as an East Hollywood parking-lot pop-up in 2017, this outpost is part of a fast-expanding fried-chicken chain founded by Arman Oganesyan, former Bouchon chef Dave Kopushyan and brothers Tommy and Gary Rubenyan, later joined by partners Bill Phelps and John Davis and several celebrity investors. It specializes in Nashville-style hot chicken tenders and sliders offered in seven spice levels (from mild to “The Reaper”), with the hottest requiring customers to sign a waiver.
