"Started as an East Hollywood parking-lot pop-up in 2017, this outpost is part of a fast-expanding fried-chicken chain founded by Arman Oganesyan, former Bouchon chef Dave Kopushyan and brothers Tommy and Gary Rubenyan, later joined by partners Bill Phelps and John Davis and several celebrity investors. It specializes in Nashville-style hot chicken tenders and sliders offered in seven spice levels (from mild to “The Reaper”), with the hottest requiring customers to sign a waiver. Menu highlights include waiver-required hot chicken, mac and cheese, kale slaw and shakes. Located in the Grand Bazaar Shops in front of Bally’s, it operates late-night hours (11 a.m.–2 a.m. Sunday–Thursday, 11 a.m.–4 a.m. Friday–Saturday) and replaces a Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken that closed after a four-year run." - Stephanie Carter
