French Italian Restaurant Gina’s Opens in Downtown Austin on Congress - Eater Austin
"Gina’s, a new French Italian bistro opened by Flavor Hospitality Group, is located in the long-vacant La Traviata space. The menu features house-made pasta, meat dishes, and desserts, along with a variety of cocktails, wines, and espresso options. The restaurant is named after the Italian word 'regina' and actress Gina Lollobrigida. Executive chef Jason Tallent, who previously opened Gràcia, will lead the kitchen. Initially serving dinner, Gina’s will expand to include lunch and brunch in January 2024." - Erin Russell
