"After being closed since January 14 for renovations, Serafina in Eastlake has reopened with a refreshed look—new lighting, seating, utilities, and some more modern touches—while the menu remains the same, continuing to serve handmade pasta and Italian-influenced small plates. There will be an extended happy hour on February 22 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. with discounts on prosciutto risotto fritto, veal and pork meatballs, beer, wine, cocktails, and other items." - Gabe Guarente
