"Let Ludo Lefebvre do the cooking on Christmas Eve: From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., the chef’s signature restaurant in the Thompson hotel downtown is hosting Réveillon, a four-course feast for $110 per person that includes a choice of endive salad with walnut-anchovy pesto, formaggio di fossa, and Sherry vinaigrette or salade Niçoise; lobster bisque or French onion soup with foie gras; herb-roasted New York strip with Bordelaise sauce and pommes paillasson or crab-stuffed sole with beurre noisette and artichoke barigoule; and chocolate torte or Key lime pie. Wine pairings are optional for a supplement, while kiddos under 12 can dine a la carte (minus the wine).
