"A Westside Vietnamese outpost opened inside a mixed-use development in West Hollywood, carrying much of the same menu as the original Palms location while adding a separate pop-up kitchen where the owner and visiting chefs can host special dinners; the beverage program includes a 10-drink cocktail menu by Devon Espinosa intended to offer more than iced tea with pho, vermicelli noodles, or banh mi.
