"A Westside Vietnamese outpost opened inside a mixed-use development in West Hollywood, carrying much of the same menu as the original Palms location while adding a separate pop-up kitchen where the owner and visiting chefs can host special dinners; the beverage program includes a 10-drink cocktail menu by Devon Espinosa intended to offer more than iced tea with pho, vermicelli noodles, or banh mi. It operates roughly 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. (11 p.m. weekends) with the bar opening at noon (midnight on weekends)." - Matthew Kang
