"Petit Soif arrives on Beacon Hill, opening its doors Saturday. This offshoot of the popular Fremont wine bar Vif promises an easy-going, neighborhood vibe, with glasses of organic, biodynamic, and low intervention wines, such as Domaine de Reuilly pinot gris and Papa Jaja cab. Customers can even share a bottle with others by purchasing two glasses at a discount, and having the rest of the bottle posted on a chalkboard.
