"Cucina 3 Italian Street Food in Dunning comes from the owner of Forno Rosso. Nick Nitti is opening a third restaurant to showcase a menu of fresh pastas, sandwiches, and salads. The restaurant should open around March 11. It's a fast-serve restaurant with pastas and sauces to go. Nitti is introducing specials based on customer suggestions and looks forward to adding items like the ribeye steak sandwich topped with bruschetta tomatoes, fresh fried mozzarella sticks, baked pastas including lasagna, stuffed shells, and Sicilian-style pasta rings, as well as desserts like the signature tiramisu served at Forno Rosso and fried dough with gelato." - Ashok Selvam
