"Cucina 3 Italian Street Food in Dunning comes from the owner of Forno Rosso. Nick Nitti is opening a third restaurant to showcase a menu of fresh pastas, sandwiches, and salads. The restaurant should open around March 11. It's a fast-serve restaurant with pastas and sauces to go. Nitti is introducing specials based on customer suggestions and looks forward to adding items like the ribeye steak sandwich topped with bruschetta tomatoes, fresh fried mozzarella sticks, baked pastas including lasagna, stuffed shells, and Sicilian-style pasta rings, as well as desserts like the signature tiramisu served at Forno Rosso and fried dough with gelato." - Ashok Selvam

Came here after owner(?) at Forno Rosso mentioned it's opening. Surprised by the portions. Taste was phenomenal. Chicken Parm sandwich: chicken was crispy and juicy. Big calzone thing: doughy yet crispy. Best dish this visit: pesto gnocchi. "Not too hard, not too soft. Just right, and it opens up in your mouth!" Pesto is well balanced and not overdone.

The beet salad looks amazing and fresh. The Pappardelle short rib ragu was outstanding! I am anxious to try the next favorite dish made in an open kitchen. Prices can't be beat and quality is over the top. I've never been to Italy, my guess is this is what pasta in Italy tastes like

Great little place. Mostly set up for carry out but there are a few tables inside and out. Definitely not a typical 5 star dine in restaurant very casual hence the carry out but very clean and comfortable. We were greeted by very friendly people probably the owners and the Chef took our order. Fabulous homemade pastas and sauces far beyond our expectations. The homemade Tiramisu was fantastic. If you could get a bottle of Chianti with dinner and a Cuppuchino with dessert this place may be a 6.

Fantastic fresh Italian food, will order here again! Noticed this place driving by on Cumberland so I looked up the menu and had to give it a try. Ordering takeout via phone was easy, food was ready on time and stayed hot & fresh even after the 10-15 min drive home. The 4 of us had the momma’s meatballs, steak sandwich, vodka spaghetti, chopped salad, & beet salad (both with shrimp). All of us really enjoyed everything, the shrimp with the salad was grilled to perfection & you can really taste the difference with the homemade pasta and perfectly balanced vodka sauce. The only minor critique was from the person who ate the chopped salad who felt it could be a bit more “chopped”, but that’s an easy fix. Overall very satisfied. Looking forward to coming back and trying some other things including the desserts!

Yelp
Newer place, but I'm told it's part of the Il Forno just as the previous occupant was. Focus is mostly on sandwiches now, I had a shaved ribeye (I believe) sandwich with cheese. It's a hot sandwich item and came out pretty good. Also decided to try the arancini, that too was pretty good. Downside was the $27 price tag post tax... food was good, but not THAT good. I'll likely go back, but given the prices it'll be few and far between.

Yelp
I haven't left a review in a while, but this place made me do it! First off I was SO excited to try their chicken Milanese sandwich that I drove 30 min for it! Let's just say what I had wasn't close enough to a chicken Milanese! They literally used fried chicken to make the sandwich. Very disappointed!!!

Yelp
Straight up bad. Ordered from delivery and my side was missing. Could have easily forgiven that if the rest had been wondering edible at all. Bread was rock hard. Salad was missing advertised prosciutto crisps, wilted lettuce with weird flavorless castelvatrano olives. Stale ingredients and no attention to the basics.

Yelp
Spectacular sandwiches! Excellent service! Clean place! Ordered 5 sandwiches and all were fresh and delicious! Definitely will be back. It's a must try for all!

Yelp
The meatballs w the marinara are absolutely delicious! Ordered through the Seamless service for pick up.

Yelp
Amazing sandwiches! More or less the same sandwiches as the old place, Cucina 3, which was excellent as well. The Chicken Harlem Ave (chicken cutlet sandwich with vodka sauce) was spot on and their Vodka sauce is to die for. The Giola (breaded steak w/ marinara) also excellent. Comes with French fries which are some of the best fries I've ever had. Give 'em a try, you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
They served me rubbery chicken and when I called to give them feedback, they did not even pick up the phone.
