"The first full-service location of the wildly popular Cuban sandwich shop opens Sept. 20 in downtown Roswell, offering an expanded menu and a full cocktail bar. Expect a tight list of traditional Cuban sandwiches (all created using family recipes), plus breakfast items like overnight oats, Cuban toast, and ham-and-cheese croissants paired with Cuban coffee; Spanish, Italian, and spicy-themed charcuterie boards; and desserts such as caramel flan and tres leches cake. The bar begins serving mojitos, daiquiris, beer, and wine in the afternoon. Service is counter-order with a number system and food is delivered to your table. The sit-down restaurant occupies the former Cricket Wireless space at 1007 Alpharetta Street and seats around 60 between the dining room, a small bar, and a sunny patio decked with bright yellow chairs, red umbrellas, and string lights; it also features a retail section selling wines from Argentina, Spain, and Napa Valley and Cuban rums, vodka, tequila, and other beverages. Owner Ozzy Llanes — who started Cubanos ATL as a tiny house food trailer during the pandemic and later opened additional locations in Cumming and at the Chattahoochee Food Works — plans further expansion, including a South Downtown spot on Mitchell Street. Open Sunday–Wednesday 8 a.m.–7 p.m.; Thursday–Saturday 8 a.m.–10 p.m.; cubanosatl.com." - Beth McKibben
