"Zilker modern Chinese restaurant Zoé Tong opened this new food truck dedicated to barbecue with Texan, Southeast Asian, and Mexican flavors and dishes in May. Run by chef Simone Tong and pitmaster Jonathan Lagos, expect briskets with Indonesian long peppercorns, smoked chicken with curry and roti, and smoked kimchi.
