"Citizen Six, Interbay’s Korean-Mexican gastropub, will relocate to Queen Anne after service on June 23. Owner Suzana Olmos will take over the space being vacated by Crow Restaurant and Bar. After the move, Olmos will rename the restaurant Lazy Susan, her childhood nickname. She’ll keep most of the menu items the same — including the popular bulgogi beef-smothered fries and the double-fried Korean-style chicken wings — but add new dinner, desert, and cocktail options. Olmos, who lives in Lower Queen Anne, also operates the restaurant Citizen just two blocks away. To avoid confusion between the two, Olmos is renaming Citizen Six, but Citizen will retain its name. Olmos will take over the Crow space at 823 5th Ave N after that restaurant closes June 22. She plans to add her spin on the decor, expand the bar, and add group-friendly seating. If all goes smoothly, Lazy Susan will reopen the first week of August. Olmos says she’ll continue serving the flavorful pub fare her fans have come to love since the restaurant opened in 2016, including bulgogi fries, spicy pork tacos, and Korean beef burgers. A focal point of the menu will be double-fried Korean-style wings, which use Olmos’s mother’s recipe. At some point after the reopening, Lazy Susan will add weekend brunch, too." - Megan Hill
