"After Moishe’s Bake Shop closed, I was delighted to find Le Fournil, a Parisian bakery whose impressive array of freshly baked breads, tarts, and quiches also includes pre-made sandwiches in a knee-high case—most notably the pan bagnat, which deploys canned tuna, mayo, avocado, tomato, and boiled egg on an exceedingly fresh round roll and is, in my view, the world’s best tuna sandwich ($8)." - Robert Sietsema
