D.C.’s Newest Local Cider House Is Almost Here - Eater DC

"Capitol Cider House (CCH) is opening this month in Petworth. The 3,000-square-foot facility and tasting room will offer locally sourced ciders within 200 miles of the U.S. Capitol building. It features a variety of snacks, including offerings from Union Market, and plans to serve mainly gluten-free ciders, along with wine and cocktails. A notable feature is a small batch collaboration cider with Distillery Lane Ciderworks, made from a blend of apples infused with quince." - Tierney Plumb
