"Taking over the Frye’s Café Frieda, Corrales will open MariPili at Café Frieda and, while she’s not importing her entire MariPili menu, she plans to feature a few signature items such as patatas bravas and churros; she also expressed excitement about featuring boquerones fritos — adobo-marinated-and-fried anchovies served with piparra tartar sauce — and noted that fried whole trout seems unlikely to make the list.
