2019 Atlanta Food & Wine Festival Tickets and Tasting Tents - Eater Atlanta

"Panko-breaded fried chicken restaurant Ponko Chicken opens a second Atlanta location in midtown next month, What Now Atlanta reports. It replaces Mediterranean restaurant Mulavi at the Alta Midtown complex on West Peachtree Street. Ponko serves its fried chicken in the Japanese tonkatsu style, which sees meat pounded flat, breaded, and then deep fried. The restaurant’s menu includes fried chicken and tofu sandwiches, salads, fried chicken tender entrees, fries, and sticky rice. Ponko, located on Chamblee-Tucker Road, is owned by Reiko Clark and Maggie Antoine." - Beth McKibben
