"The New York-grown chain most known for its noodles also sells vegetarian dumplings with an addictive spicy and sour sauce doused over it. The giant, spinach-filled dumplings have a green wrapper that’s thicker than the ideal dumpling, but they’re worth ordering as a precursor to noodles or as a meal on their own. The lamb version is also good. Note: The 45th street location does not sell the dumplings." - Eater Staff, Serena Dai
