"A new Israeli restaurant is opening in downtown Austin food hall Fareground from Hummus Among Us owner and chef Berty Richter, taking over Easy Tiger’s soon-to-be vacated slot. TLV is opening on 111 Congress Avenue starting on Thursday, March 7, which happens to be the day before South by Southwest begins. The name stems from the three-letter code for the Tel Aviv airport in Israel.
