"What used to be Vintage Cocktail Lounge is now Arbor Hall, Montavilla’s neighborhood bar for the spirit geek. The library of a back bar is stocked with around 400 individual bottles, transformed into cocktails that show off quite a bit of technique — clarified margaritas appear alongside a cucumber-shiso Collins perked up with lime acid.
