Now he doles out crisp, salty, crunchy patties to ever-longer lines, fans returning for well-balanced burgers from the well-researched Ponzurick. Maillards is a regular at the Outer Sunset Farmers Market each Sunday from 9 a.m. until all the burgers are gone.
