Veteran Roasters is building a brewpub in Pullman | Eater Chicago

"A veteran-focused roastery, brewpub, and cafe planned for Pullman that aims to hire homeless and at-risk veterans and connect them with subsidized housing. The two-story restaurant will feature a rooftop terrace with skyline views, seating for about 75–100 customers, and a drive-thru; construction is slated to begin next year with a 2024 opening target.
