"Sharing the same two-story Las Vegas Boulevard footprint, this Colorado-born pizzeria serves pizza by the slice or full pie, bone-in and boneless wings fried to order and spun in more than a dozen sauces, plus salads, sandwiches and stromboli; a recommended slice is the Uncle Sam (pepperoni, jalapeño, and cream cheese). The concept pauses service daily from roughly 2 a.m. until 10 a.m., and guests can order its offerings alongside the adjacent burger brand on the same ticket at the main counter or bars.
