"Hunan Slurp Shop has opened in the East Village with rice noodle dishes inspired by chef-owner Chao Wang’s hometown of Hengyang in the Hunan province of China. The 48-seat space features wood stripes, circular mirrors, marble tabletops, and exposed lightbulbs.
