Conveyor belt sushi inches closer to Summerlin - Eater Vegas
"Kaizen Revolving Sushi will offer a conveyor belt sushi experience in Summerlin. The restaurant will occupy 1,903 square feet at the Summerlin Gateway Plaza retail center, near a Sprouts grocery store and the upcoming Garden Grill restaurant. Originally planned as a sequel to Konbea Belt Sushi on Spring Mountain, the owners chose to use their Kaizen brand, known for locations in Henderson, North Las Vegas, and Paradise Road. The menu will feature traditional and fusion dishes, available à la carte or as an all-you-can-eat option, with Dungeness crab available for an extra $6 per person." - Bradley Martin
