"It's the first conveyor belt sushi experience in the Summerlin-borderline neighborhood and is well on its way to opening soon; they're currently hiring. The restaurant will take over 1,903 square feet at the Summerlin Gateway Plaza on Lake Mead Boulevard, a retail hub anchored by a Sprouts grocery store and soon to be home to the 100% plant-based Garden Grill. The owners originally planned this as a sequel to Spring Mountain’s Konbea Belt Sushi but opted to use their Kaizen brand—known for locations in Henderson, North Las Vegas, and on Paradise Road—and promise a menu of “traditional and fusion dishes.” The original Konbea menu will be available here à la carte or as an all-you-can-eat deal, with options such as Dungeness crab for an extra $6 per person." - Bradley Martin
